Monday -

Friday Start Time:

4:30 PM SHARP This is a time-sensitive route. Drivers are expected to arrive and begin on time every scheduled day.

Estimated Route Time:

Approximately 2.5-3 hours daily

Estimated Finish Time :

Approximately 7:00 PM - 7:30

PM PAY Starting Pay:

$270 per week

Performance Increase:

Pay increases to $300 per week after 6 months of good performance, reliability, and consistency.

Pay Schedule :

Weekly pay every Friday after initial payroll lag period.

IMPORTANT - 1099 CONTRACT POSITION

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Drivers use their own vehicle and are responsible for:

• Gas
• Insurance
• Vehicle maintenance
• Registration
• All vehicle-related expenses

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants MUST:

• Own a gas-efficient vehicle
• Vehicle must average at least 30 MPG or better
• 35+ MPG preferred
• Prius-type vehicles strongly preferred
• Have valid insurance
• Have current/up-to-date registration

DO NOT APPLY IF

ROUTE DETAILS

This route involves picking up small veterinary samples from clinics. Examples include :

• Urine samples
• Stool samples
• Small blood samples
• Other small sealed sample containers/bags This is a

VERY LIGHT

workload . No heavy lifting involved. Most clinic stops are only 5-15 minutes apart.

ROUTE AREA

Around the New Albany, Indiana area

• Some Louisville, Kentucky pickups
• Samples are then delivered to a local hub

COVERAGE RESPONSIBILITY

This is NOT a casual fill-in position. Once assigned the route, the driver is fully responsible for making sure the route is completed every scheduled day.

This includes:

• Sickness
• Emergencies
• Family issues
• Personal appointments
• Vacations The route must still be covered.

Drivers are

STRONGLY

encouraged to have a reliable backup driver available if needed.

BACKUP DRIVER POLICY

If you use a backup driver, YOU are responsible for paying them directly. We only pay the primary contracted driver assigned to the route. Any payment arrangement between the primary driver and their backup driver is strictly between those parties.

PAYROLL LAG EXPLANATION

This route operates on a payroll lag system. Your first week worked will be paid on the Tuesday of your third week.

This allows time for:

• Onboarding
• Processing
• Route verification
• Payroll setup

Example :

Week 1 Worked → Paid Tuesday of Week 3 After initial setup, drivers are then paid weekly every Friday.
