Midwest 365 Logistics is hiring for several positions in the Louisville and surrounding areas. These routes vary in hours and rates depending on the total miles and time and type of pickup. This is a medical courier/independent contractor position. This is a 1099 position. You will be using your own vehicle. Route 1

• Monday through Friday 930Pm start time Seymour, Indiana.

Runs through Jeffersonville, New Albany etc. Ends in Louisville at the lab. route is about 2.5 hours. Pay is $100 a night. There is a Saturday route available as well, it starts in New Albany at 2Pm and runs through the same stops (minus Seymour) and some stops in Louisville . About 2.5 hours on Saturdays but pay is less because of substantial less mileage. Pay is $85 for this route on saturdays. Route 2

• Saturdays only. Start 2Pm Dixie highway, runs through jeffersontown, Louisville etc. Pay is $85 a day but there is also the option to take everything to Cincinnati to drop off for an additional $130. Route 3
• Starts at 11a Monday
• Friday is Crestwood, runs through peewee valley, middletown etc.

Over by 1245/1. Pay is $70 a day. This is an immediately available position.
