Home of the Innocents is seeking a Fulfillment Clerk to ensure medical and respiratory supplies are available, organized, and properly managed at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center, our pediatric skilled nursing facility. In this essential support role, you'll keep our care team fully equipped to serve medically complex children and young adults every day. A Day in the Life The Fulfillment Clerk manages inventory and coordinates the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of medical and respiratory supplies under the direction of the Director of Support Services. You'll collaborate with Support Services, Respiratory Therapy leadership, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure efficient operations and supply availability that supports the highest practicable quality of life for our residents.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, hours may fluctuate around resident appointments and include occasional evening, weekend, or holiday hours to support urgent supply needs. Reliable transportation required. How This Position Contributes to Our Mission Manage inventory and coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of medical and respiratory supplies Monitor supply usage, evaluate PAR levels, and adjust as needed to prevent shortages Coordinate with Support Services, Respiratory Therapy, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure supply availability Cultivate and maintain working relationships with vendors and on- and off-site stakeholders Support fiscal targets in collaboration with the Director of Support Services Uphold our core values, Compassion, Wellness, Excellence, and Empowerment in every interaction
Skills and Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Current CPR/BLS certification (provided if needed) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and basic documentation
Preferred:
