Role:
End Of Day Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Courier to join our growing team in Shreveport, LA. This is a vital role where you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transport of medical specimens, documents, and supplies — making a real difference in patient care every day. We have the following routes available: Shreveport Metro area Shreveport to Monroe, LA Shreveport to Longview, TX Shreveport toTexarkana, TX Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, pharmaceuticals, and medical documents to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories Ensure all deliveries are handled with proper care, confidentiality, and in compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, chain-of-custody documentation, and electronic tracking records Follow strict time-sensitive delivery schedules to ensure specimen integrity and patient care timelines Inspect and safely package medical materials for transport according to biohazard and safety protocols Communicate proactively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or delays Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant delivery vehicle at all timesRequirements:
Valid Louisiana driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience in medical courier, logistics, or delivery services preferred Blood borne pathogen certification Hippa certification Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and biohazard handling procedures is a plus Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable navigating the Shreveport metro area efficientlyAbout Us:
