• Job Overview:

• We are currently seeking an Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in route driving, customer service, and operating various types of vehicles larger vehicles like Uhaul trucks. Dormi is a mattress rental company that services people in Worcester and Fairfield, CT. We're looking for someone with a flexible schedule that will be able to drive to a customers house, be able to move either a Twin/Full/Queen mattress from a clients house to a box truck, drive the box truck, and store it in a storage facility. This work would likely take place throughout the summer, especially during late May, early June, and all of August.

• Duties:

• Drive company rental vehicles on assigned routes
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries or pickups
• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Perform courier duties when required

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in route driving or related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to operate larger vehicles safely
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism
