• $16.00/hour approximately 30 hours per week. Monday
• Friday when students are in session plus summer hours.

Position Summary The Courier provides daily transportation and delivery support for the district, including transporting student lunches, completing inter-district mail and supply deliveries, and performing occasional light custodial tasks. This role ensures timely, accurate, and safe movement of materials between buildings while supporting smooth school operations. Key Responsibilities Drive district vehicle to deliver student lunches to assigned buildings on a set schedule Complete inter-district deliveries, including mail, packages, supplies, and documents Maintain delivery logs and ensure items are transported securely and accurately Assist with loading and unloading food service items and materials Perform occasional light custodial duties such as trash removal, minor cleaning tasks, or event setup as assigned Conduct basic vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, reporting maintenance needs) Summer grounds work Moving and delivery of large orders including paper and office/school furniture and equipment Follow all district safety procedures and maintain a professional, customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with staff Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have a valid Driver's License with a chauffeurs endorsement or be willing to obtain one within 30 days Ability to lift and carry items up to 80 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must pass physical, drug screening and background check Prior delivery or custodial experience preferred but not required This is not a full job description and does not reflect all duties required of this position.
