Part-Time Nights Transporter Schedule:

Thursday-SundayHours:

6:00 PM-6:00

AMPosition:

Part-time, on-call from home During your shift, you remain available from home until a transport call comes in. You are not continuously working for the full 12-hour shift.

Company van:

A company vehicle may be kept at your home or shared with another nearby team member depending on location and scheduling.

Facility:

20519 Joy RdDetroit, MI 48228 Our facility is used for supplies, cold storage, vehicle needs, training, and the occasional opportunity to stop in and chat with the team. What You'll Do Respond to transport calls from funeral homes, organ donation organizations, universities, medical examiners, and other clients Professionally and compassionately interact with families during sensitive situations Drive a company van to transport decedents between residences, facilities, hospitals, funeral homes, and other locations Coordinate with managers and other transport team members Remain ready during your on-call shift and be fully dressed and en route within approximately 5-15 minutes of receiving a call Assist with Medical Examiner division transports when needed Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies in a clean and professional condition Why Join Silvey's?
