Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Medical Courier and play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of medical supplies, specimens, and equipment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to supporting healthcare providers and patients alike. As a Medical Courier, you will be responsible for delivering sensitive medical items efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of healthcare logistics and contributing to positive patient outcomes. Duties Safely operate personal vehicle, adhering strictly to traffic laws. Follow optimized delivery routes using mobile devices to ensure punctual pickups and deliveries across designated areas. Communicate professionally with healthcare facilities, clinics, and patients to confirm delivery details and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs promptly. Requirements Prior experience in delivery driving is highly preferred. HIPAA and BBP Certifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to submit to background check/drug screen Experience operating mobile devices for route navigation and communication purposes. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively across multiple routes.
