Sr Service Agent/DOT FedEx - 3.5 Fargo, ND Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications No experience needed Entry level Full Job Description Job Duties Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School Diploma/GED Minimum Experience None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance. Job Conditions Non-covered safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
