Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the efficient delivery of goods to our customers, ensuring that all items are loaded, unloaded, and transported safely. As a Delivery Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service while supporting the delivery process. Duties Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and organization of items. Assist drivers in moving goods to designated locations, maintaining an efficient workflow. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to facilitate the movement of heavy items. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Support route driving by helping navigate and plan efficient delivery paths. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and workspace. Requirements Must be 18 Years old Ability to perform lifting up to 70 lbs and manual labor consistently throughout the shift. This is a summer seasonal position Previous experience as a courier or in customer service roles not necessary. Knowledge of computers and cell phones required Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to follow directions and take direction from the Vehicle Driver.
