The following is necessary to be able to contract: 1. A legal business entity registered with the state where the business is organized. You will need to provide Articles of Formation or Certificate of Formation from the Secretary of State and the CP-575 Letter from the IRS. 2. An active DOT# registered through
FMCSA. 3.
An active Operating Authority MC# registered through
FMCSA. 4.
Commercial insurance that satisfies FMSCA requirements and an UCR# approved by
FMCSA. A
qualifying courier/transportation business must have two or more active employees or subcontracted drivers accepting brokered freight from TForce Logistics customers Opportunity offers: No earnings cap Excellent rates and density Weekly settlements Local area deliveries only Prior delivery or courier service preferred
