Full-Time We are a growing jewelry company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Shipping Manager to oversee the day-to-day handling of customer orders, jewelry inventory, and shipping. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, reliable, and understands that accuracy is critical when working with high-value jewelry . You will be responsible for making sure the right piece of jewelry is matched to the right customer, properly documented, packaged, and shipped on time. Responsibilities Manage the daily shipping and fulfillment process from completed order to delivery Carefully match each jewelry piece to the correct customer and order Verify order details, including customer name, item, size, metal, stones, and any special instructions Inspect jewelry before shipping to ensure the correct piece is being sent Maintain accurate records of jewelry moving through production, inventory, and shipping Track orders and shipments and follow up on delayed or missing packages Prepare jewelry for shipment, including packaging, documentation, and shipping labels Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure orders are completed and shipped correctly Keep the shipping and operations area organized and maintain an efficient workflow Monitor inventory and identify discrepancies or missing items Handle returns, exchanges, and incoming packages as needed Maintain accurate order and inventory records Help improve internal processes to reduce shipping errors and delays Handle jewelry and customer orders with a high level of care and confidentiality Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, operations, inventory, or order management Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong ability to stay focused while handling multiple orders Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with high-value products Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Jewelry industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
