The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering packages efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the integrity of shipments. This role requires a dedicated individual with strong driving skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED

• Start time 7:00am daily; MUST complete route

SAME DAY

by 8:00pm Duties Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption. Load packages onto your vehicle at the warehouse, ensuring correct placement for delivery. Deliver packages to customers' locations, providing excellent customer service and addressing any delivery-related inquiries professionally. Collect signatures and/or proof of delivery as required, maintaining accurate records of completed deliveries. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management when not on delivery routes. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during route driving. Sort packages (throw them into proper bins with zip code label). Skills Proven experience as a delivery or courier driver, with knowledge of route planning and navigation tools. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks; forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 25 lb. packages safely and perform physical tasks such as moving items or loading/unloading cargo. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory handling. Valid driver's license Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain punctuality throughout shifts. Physical stamina for prolonged periods of driving, lifting, and moving cargo in various weather conditions.
