As a Route Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering products, servicing customer accounts on a daily basis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient, friendly, and dependable service. This role combines customer service, delivery logistics, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and deliver products or services to assigned customers in a timely, professional manner Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues Perform inventory counts, restock and rotate product as needed Complete service documentation and route paperwork accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and equipment Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be 21 years of age Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs consistently Previous route delivery, field service, or customer-facing experience a plus DOT certification (Morgan will provide if not already certified)
