Professional, uniform appearance Reliable, personal vehicle ( SUV, minivan, small transit van is preferred ) 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Proof of insurance on the vehicle being used An acceptable driving record An acceptable background check Valid Proof of Flu Vaccine or Willingness to obtain Willingness to obtain HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen Certificates Prior experience in the medical field, driving as a professional courier, and/or customer service Demonstrated passion for service excellence and people-skills
