Job Details JeffTemps, Jefferson's internal temporary service, is seeking experienced Supply Chain Coordinators to support our team at Einstein Philadelphia. We invite you to be a part of a select team committed to superior care.
Location:
5501 Old York Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19141Schedule:
- Option 1: Day shift, 7am-3:30pm rotating weekends
- Option 2: Night shift, 10:30pm-7am, rotating weekends The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing materials and supplies to designated areas.
- Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques used to create and support an environment that meets the needs of the organization. Inventory Management
- Knowledge of, and ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of finished goods. Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System
- Knowledge of and ability to develop and use tools, techniques, and practices for a specific procurement application. General Computer Competencies
- Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers or workstations. Office Administration
- Knowledge of office administration activities, ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams. Service Excellence
- Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques, ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use,
- patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
