Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting letters, legal documents, and completed work between offices, ensuring timely deliveries to support our business operations. The Courier Driver will also be responsible for weekly trips to Penn DOT in the designated location, as well as daily bank deposit runs and handling informational documents necessary for business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and a professional attitude. Responsibilities Transport letters, legal documents, and completed work between various office locations efficiently and securely. Conduct weekly trips to Penn DOT in the specified location to facilitate necessary business activities. Perform daily bank deposit runs, ensuring accuracy and security during transportation. Deliver informational documents required for business operations promptly and reliably. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices. Keep accurate records of deliveries and trips as required by company procedures. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during routes. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a courier, messenger, or similar role is preferred. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the local area. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading documents or packages. Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance coverage if applicable. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Professional appearance and attitude suitable for representing the company during deliveries.
