You don't need years of delivery experience to get started. If you're willing to work, show up, and learn, we're willing to give you a chance. This is a 1099 position, and you'll be using your own vehicle to deliver packages from our warehouse to customers throughout set areas in North Austin What the Job Looks Like You'll come to the warehouse, sort and load your packages into your vehicle, and head out on your route. You'll use your phone and our delivery app to navigate, scan packages, and keep track of your deliveries. The workload can vary depending on what you're comfortable handling. Some people may want a smaller route handling 50-75 packages, while others are capable of taking on 200+ packages in a day. You don't have to be the fastest driver on day one — we're looking for people who are willing to learn, improve, and put in the work. You will be working independently for most of the day, so you need to be able to manage yourself and stay on task without someone standing over you.

We're Looking For People Who:

Show up when they're supposed to. Can be counted on to get the job done. Have a reliable vehicle. Have a valid driver's license. Have a smartphone. Can lift and carry packages safely. Can stay organized and manage their time. Are comfortable driving and working independently. Are willing to work hard when they want to increase their earnings. Have a good attitude and are willing to learn. Previous delivery experience is NOT required. If you've never delivered packages before but you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn, don't let that stop you from applying. Schedule We're operating 7 days a week, and we offer a flexible schedule. Whether you're looking for extra income, something you can work around another job, or you're looking for a position where you can put in serious hours and make more money, we're interested in talking to you. The Bottom Line We're not looking for someone with a perfect resume. We're looking for people we can depend on. If you show up, work hard, take care of the packages, and do what you're supposed to do, there's an opportunity here to make good money. If that sounds like you, apply and let's talk.
