JOB SUMMARY CLASSCFIED
Entertainment & Tours is seeking a reliable Courier / Field Production Assistant to manage local distribution, print runs, field drops, and event logistics support. This role is essential for delivering promotional packages, logging recipient data, and supporting on-site equipment prep for live shows and school tours.
REQUIREMENTS & GENERAL STANDARDS
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
  • Punctual, organized, and thorough with record-keeping and delivery logging.
  • Ability to lift light-to-medium event production gear as needed.
  • Professional attitude when interacting with school staff, venues, and corporate clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & WORKFLOW
  • Printing & Materials Prep:
    Print company materials, promotional packets, proposal letters, and event documents. Assemble, organize, and neatly prep folders and envelope mailers for delivery.
  • Local Delivery & Recipient Logging:
    Drive dedicated routes across the Los Angeles area to drop off promotional and corporate packages. Log exact delivery details, including date, time, venue/school name, and recipient contact information.
•
Field Operations & Equipment Support:
Transport, pick up, and drop off pro audio, staging, and event equipment between storage and venues. Assist as a general Production Assistant on-site during key event setup and teardown days. Thanks, CLASSCFIED Management & Event Coordinator [
