Your Role Independent contractor drivers use their own vehicle to complete deliveries across St. Clair County, choosing on-demand routes that fit their schedule. Pay is based on the type of work (hourly, per block, per parcel, or by add-on service) so earnings scale with the routes and services taken on. With 24/7 delivery windows, opportunities are available days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Some routes begin with pickup from the Marysville hub at 3182 Gratiot Blvd.; others are point-to-point. Route Types May Include Small parcel, last-mile delivery Same-day and express guaranteed-window deliveries White glove inside delivery (occasional) Medical deliveries (special training required) Mobile notary services (if licensed) Legal and professional document delivery (non-service) Requirements Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, insured personal vehicle in good condition Non-smoking vehicle required Current auto insurance meeting Michigan liability requirements Vehicle inspection required Must pass a background check (paid for by the driver) Completion of required training for certain route types Smartphone with blootooth for route and delivery management and agreement to use enroute gps tracking Ability to sit in a vehicle for extended periods, walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs, and more with assistance during accepted shifts. Most deliveries are small parcels, less than 50 lbs. Exceptions are communicated ahead of time. Strong knowledge of the St. Clair County area Adherence to specific customer service and professionalism standards whenever representing the company Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Wear safety vest while enroute, deliveries, and whenever representing the company. At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States Preferred Active gig drivers with verified satisfactory ratings (Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Uber, and similar) Prior courier, delivery, or driving experience Availability for weekend, holiday, or dedicated routes Notary or specialized delivery credentials Please Note Couples and partners interested in applying together are welcome Individual onboarded drivers only: no master contractors, teams, or fleets, and no subcontracting
