Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mail Courier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. This role requires strong driving skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience with various delivery methods. Responsibilities Safely operate a van vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload packages, ensuring items are secured and handled with care. Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and delivery confirmations. Collaborate with warehouse staff to prepare shipments. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Previous courier experience is a plus, particularly in logistics or shipping environments. Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and route driving techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Training Training:

Your first day will be a ride-along/observation day to determine if the position is a good fit for you. If you decide to move forward, training consists of 5 paid days totaling $300. The $300 training pay is issued upon successful completion of the entire training period.
