Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport items using box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmissions. Drive route schedules efficiently to ensure prompt delivery and pickup of supplies. Load and secure shipments properly using equipment such a cargo van as needed . Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with warehouses or businesses Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during deliveries to ensure safety for yourself and others. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure reliable operation. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably in a healthcare or warehouse setting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) or driver certification is a plus. Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmissions. Ability to lift heavy loads safely, including moving equipment or medical supplies weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
