Job Description
Company Overview Kwiksave Logistics is an industry leader in final mile, same-day LTL and e-commerce logistics services across Canada. Now, Kwiksave is expanding into the United States in partnership with a global leader in logistics. Summary We are seeking motivated, reliable, professional independent contractor courier drivers to establish our Virginia/DC courier team. Successful candidates will provide, at least, 8 hours of availabiltiy per day to provide courier services, with a minimum guaruntee of $100 per day. Candidates with maximum availability can earn between $4000 - $7000 per month. Responsibilities Accept courier shipments throughout the business day, afterhours, and weekends. Deliver shipments within requested time windows. Update customer and Kwiksave tracking information via mobile applications. Provide courtous, professional customer service to distribution center staff, technicians, and receipients. Collaborate with Kwiksave operations to trouble-shoot challenges and obstacles. Qualifications Possess a valid license and insurance policy Own/operate your own vehicle Own/operate your own smart phone Live within 20 minutes of the Chantilly, VA distribution center. Clean driver abstract and no criminal record. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
