Opportunity:

As an Independent Local Courier / Delivery Driver, you may be responsible for picking up and delivering packages, documents, parcels, and other approved items between businesses, customers, facilities, and designated delivery locations.

Delivery opportunities may include:

Local parcel deliveries Business-to-business deliveries Time-sensitive local deliveries Documents and small packages Scheduled pickup and delivery routes Same-day or priority deliveries Local contract delivery services Assignments and delivery requirements may vary depending on available contracts and customer needs.

What You Will Do:

Your responsibilities may include: Pick up packages from assigned locations Deliver packages safely and on time Follow assigned delivery instructions and routes Communicate with dispatch regarding your delivery status Confirm pickup and delivery completion Obtain proof of delivery (POD) when required Take delivery photos or collect signatures when required Report delays, access issues, or delivery exceptions promptly Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and suitable for delivery work

What We Provide:

BVictory will support our independent courier network by helping coordinate available delivery opportunities and providing dispatch support. Depending on the contract or assignment, support may include: Delivery assignment coordination Pickup and delivery information Route and delivery instructions Dispatch communication Customer/service coordination Proof-of-delivery procedures Support with delivery exceptions and delays

Driver Requirements:

Applicants should: Have a reliable personal vehicle or SUV Have a valid driver's license Maintain valid vehicle registration Maintain required auto insurance Have a clean and dependable vehicle suitable for local deliveries Have a reliable smartphone with GPS/navigation capability Be able to communicate reliably by phone or text Be dependable and punctual Be able to safely handle packages appropriate for the assigned delivery Be committed to completing pickups and deliveries within the required time window

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: Courier services Package delivery Food delivery Rideshare or delivery platforms Logistics Transportation Route driving Customer service Local delivery operations However, motivated applicants with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

This is an independent contractor opportunity , not a traditional employee position. Drivers use their own vehicle and are responsible for maintaining the licenses, registration, insurance, and equipment required to legally operate their vehicle.
