FNF) is seeking an Courier/Admin to join its Bellingham, WA office. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. FNF is the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters - Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Alamo Title and National Title of New York - that collectively issue more title insurance policies than any other title company in the United States. Duties:
This position's primary responsibility is the timely and accurate delivery and pickup of documents to and from realtors, lenders, and attorneys throughout Whatcom County. The role also provides support to the Customer Service team and assists with general administrative functions such as front desk coverage, including receptionist lunch relief and other clerical support as needed.
Education:
High school graduate.
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft programs Friendly, outgoing demeanor Professional appearance Strong organizational skills Clean driving record Knowledge of Whatcom County is helpful
Additional Information:
This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $22.00/hourlybased on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
