DB Freedom Logistics is seeking a dependable and responsible Early Morning Newspaper Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering newspapers along a designated route in the area during early morning hours. We provide all necessary equipment, including a company vehicle, fuel, delivery supplies, and routing tools, to support your success. Responsibilities:

Safely and accurately complete assigned newspaper delivery routes each morning. Pick up and load newspapers for your route efficiently. Deliver newspapers to residential, apartment complexes, and business locations with care and professionalism. Follow all customer-specific delivery instructions to ensure satisfaction. Use provided driver/routing apps and GPS devices to navigate routes effectively. Report any road closures, construction delays, missing newspapers, customer issues, or other route problems promptly. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards. Record beginning and ending vehicle mileage accurately. Take required photos during vehicle inspections as needed. Report any vehicle damage, warning lights, or mechanical concerns immediately to ensure safety. Complete Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation when required. Handle company vehicles, equipment, newspapers, and supplies responsibly and professionally. Communicate with dispatch for assistance or clarification regarding routes or issues.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently during early-morning hours consistently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliveries. Good communication skills for reporting issues or questions. Basic smartphone operation and GPS/navigation skills. Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle during deliveries safely. Commitment to safety and responsible operation of company-provided vehicles.
