Lakefront Delivery is a locally owned delivery service partner operating on the DoorDash platform. We provide high-quality delivery services to restaurants, grocery stores, and retail businesses throughout the Milwaukee Metro area. We are focused on performance, reliability, and customer experience , and we are looking for drivers who want consistent hours, clear expectations, and the opportunity to earn based on performance. As a Delivery Driver, you will use a mobile app to receive and complete delivery orders throughout your scheduled shift. Drivers are responsible for ensuring orders are delivered accurately, on time, and professionally . This is a W2 employee position (not independent contractor).

Pay and Benifits :

Earn $25 up to $35 an hour (Hourly rate of $18+ mileage reimbursement (22cents/mile)+ full customer tips) Tips Payed out daily Paid Milage Operating Hours from 4PM-12AM, 7 days a week 4,5,6,7 & 8 hour shifts available each day Bi-Weekly Pay via direct deposit Health, Dental and Vision Insurance available for full time employees Responsibilities Receive and accept delivery orders through the DoorDash Courier App Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, and retail locations Verify order accuracy before leaving the store Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers Follow all delivery instructions and complete deliveries in the app Maintain communication with support when issues arise Operate safely and follow all traffic laws at all times Performance Expectations At Lakefront Delivery, drivers are expected to: Accept all delivery opportunities during scheduled shifts Remain active and engaged in the app Deliver orders on time and to the correct location Maintain high-quality standards (no missing or incorrect deliveries) Follow all company SOPs and training guidelines Provide professional customer service at every pick up and delivery Performance directly impacts your scheduling and work hours. Schedule & Hours Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling within operational hours Consistent shifts available for high-performing drivers Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable vehicle and proof of valid insurance Ability to pass background check Smartphone capable of running delivery apps Phone Mount inside vehicle (for safety) Strong time management and reliability Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery, logistics, or customer service experience Experience with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentImportant Notes This role supports DoorDash operations through an authorized service agreement with Lakefront Delivery.
