Pay Training Pay:

$120 per day

After Training:

$140 per day Additional $15 daily attendance and performance incentive Weekly pay every Friday Performance reviews after 90 days may result in additional pay increases based on: Safety Attendance Route efficiency Customer service Reliability Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Training Employee Shoe Program Work Location FedEx Ground Terminal 120 Folmar Parkway Montgomery, AL 36105 Schedule 5-6 days per week Weekend availability required Start time: 7:30 AM Finish time varies based on route completion What You'll Be Doing Load and organize packages for delivery Safely operate a company vehicle throughout your assigned route Deliver packages to homes and businesses Use handheld scanners to track deliveries Maintain accurate delivery records Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Represent FedEx and Sweet Home Express professionally while serving customers Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Minimum of 1 year of driving experience within the last 3 years Delivery driving, rideshare, courier, and gig-driving experience all count Able to pass a DOT Physical (paid by employer) Able to pass a background check Able to pass a drug screen Able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Experience We Like to See Amazon DSP FedEx Ground UPS DHL DoorDash Uber Lyft Courier or route delivery experience Box truck or step van experience No CDL Required Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
