You'll greet guests, take care of them during their visit, and keep things running smoothly so everyone leaves happy and wants to come back. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a smile and help them feel at home Take orders and payments, and answer questions about the menu Bring out food and drinks, and check that guests have what they need Keep tables, counters, and the dining area clean and tidy Restock napkins, cups, condiments, and other supplies Work with the kitchen and the rest of the team to keep service moving Handle guest questions or concerns politely, and get a manager when you need one What We're Looking For A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn Reliability and good timekeeping. If you're on the schedule, we're counting on you Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift Able to lift and carry trays, stock, and supplies (up to about 25 lbs) Able to stay calm and cheerful during busy lunch and dinner rushes Available some evenings and weekends, which are our busiest times Must be 16 or older No experience needed.
