Job Overview We are seeking a reliable delivery driver who is willing to use own vehicle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 50 to 150 stops a day depending on work load. This candidate will safely transport goods to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, with opportunities to develop skills in warehouse operations and route management.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload packages using appropriate equipment manual lifting techniques Ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers, verifying recipient information and obtaining signatures as needed Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any issues Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any delivery concerns. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or route planning tools to meet delivery schedules Requirements Pass a background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not required Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier. Ability to lift heavy packages safely and move items efficiently within warehouse or delivery environments Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Excellent driving skills with knowledge of route driving and traffic regulations Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules or routes This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quality service while developing valuable skills in logistics and transportation.
