- 310+/Day Flight Logistics — Denver, CO Flight Logistics is expanding our Denver operation and hiring Appliance Delivery Drivers and Helpers for dedicated Lowe's delivery routes.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who want consistent work, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to earn more based on performance. Routes are completed using two-person teams operating 26' box trucks .
Compensation Delivery Drivers Starting pay:
$210
- 215/day , based on experience Starting with the 13th completed stop: +$12 for every additional completed stop High-performing drivers can earn $300+/day Delivery Helpers Starting pay: $200
- 210/day , based on experience Starting with the 13th completed stop: +$9 for every additional completed stop High-performing helpers can earn $270+/day Example — 20

The more stops your team can safely and successfully complete, the greater your earning potential. How Performance Pay Works Your standard daily rate covers the first 12 successfully completed stops . Stop #13 is the first bonus stop. Drivers earn +$12 per completed stop beginning with stop #13. Helpers earn +$9 per completed stop beginning with stop #13. Production incentives are based on successfully completed deliveries and satisfactory route performance. Safety, quality, customer service, proper documentation, and protecting customer property always come first. This structure also aligns well with the Denver operations because the underlying rate schedules compensate Flight Logistics based on completed stops. Responsibilities Drivers and helpers work together to safely and efficiently complete appliance deliveries throughout the Denver area. Responsibilities include delivering appliances to residential customers, safely loading/unloading and moving appliances, completing required installations and haul-aways, protecting customer homes and merchandise, completing required delivery photos and documentation, providing professional customer service, and communicating route issues with management. Drivers are also responsible for safely operating a 26' box truck and helping lead the execution of their assigned route. Qualifications Experience in appliance delivery, final-mile delivery, furniture delivery, moving, installation, or 26' box-truck operations is strongly preferred. Driver applicants must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, and meet applicable driver qualification requirements. For both positions, applicants should be physically capable of performing appliance-delivery work, dependable and punctual, professional with customers, comfortable working as part of a two-person team, and available for assigned schedules that may include weekends. Schedule This is a 7-day operation , meaning routes operate seven days per week. Individual Workers are not expected to work seven days every week. Workers will work assigned schedules and rotations to maintain consistent coverage. Full-time work is available, and weekend availability is important. Growth Opportunities Flight Logistics is expanding, and we're looking for people who want the opportunity to grow with the company. Strong performers may have opportunities to move into positions such as Senior Driver, Travel Team, Trainer, Field Lead, or Market Leadership. These are separate opportunities and are not required steps in a promotion ladder. You do not need to become a Senior Driver before qualifying for travel, and you do not need to join a Travel Team to advance into leadership. Advancement is based on factors such as reliability, safety, customer service, route performance, leadership ability, experience, and overall fit for the position. Workers who simply want to remain on a permanent delivery team and maximize their earnings through production are also encouraged to do so.
