Job Description

We're looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers/Sorters to join our growing team in Louisiana. As a delivery driver, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers on scheduled routes. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy being on the road and want consistent, full-time work with competitive weekly pay. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, delivering small packages for local routes. Drivers typically handle 100-150 packages per day averaging $150-$225 per day. Work is available 7 days a week, including weekends.
Pay Average:
$150-$225 per day Paid weekly (first paycheck after 2 weeks) Earn up to $1,300 per week depending on performance and route volume Requirements Must have your own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Smartphone with data (for route tracking) Must be reliable and able to work independently Full-time availability preferred Schedule 7 days a week available Typical route: 8-hour shifts
Pay:
$160.00 - $250.00 per day People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Do you have your own vehicle? SUV, Sedan, Van Only If hired, How soon can you start? Do you have previous experience with delivery work (Amazon Flex, FedEx, UPS, Etc.) ? Are you comfortable using your phone for navigation and delivery tracking apps? Do you understand this is a 1099 Independent contractor position? (Not W-2 Employment) Can you commute to Baton Rouge everyday to pickup the packages at 6:00AM? Are you comfortable delivering 120-150 Packages per day? ($1.50 Per Package)
