Turn your miles into money! Use your own vehicle to deliver packages in your local community. This unique role allows you to work locally by meeting our team right in Plato. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers operating out of our Plato, MN relay site . In this role, you will meet our line-haul driver at a designated location in Plato each morning to sort and load packages directly into your vehicle before heading out on your route. The Territory You'll be delivering to:

Plato, Green Isle, & Hamburg Waconia, Cologne, & Lester Prairie Winsted, Mayer, & New Germany Compensation & Incentives Starting Pay:

$21.00 per hour.

Automatic Raise:

Move up to $23.00 per hour after 60 days.

Mileage Reimbursement:

We pay $0.70 per mile to cover your fuel and vehicle wear-and-tear.

Weekend Premium:

Earn an extra $50 per day for weekend shifts!

Yearly Safety Bonus:

Up to $1,000 paid out on your work anniversary for maintaining a clean safety record.

The Relay Process Local Pickup:

No need to drive to a distant terminal. You will meet our driver at a relay point in Plato.

Team Environment:

You will work with other drivers to sort packages from the transport vehicle to your personal vehicle.

Efficiency:

Once loaded, you are right in your delivery territory, saving you time and commute miles.

Schedule & Hours Typical Shift:

10:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours fluctuate based on volume).

Weekend Requirement:

One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory per week. Benefits That Matter Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue up to 80 hours (1 hour for every 30 hours worked).

Must have a reliable personal vehicle, model year 2012 or newer , with valid registration and insurance.
