Local Delivery Routes Job Summary On-Time Strategies LLC is seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. As an independent contractor, you will use your own vehicle to safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers while providing exceptional customer service. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and creating your own schedule, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Safely pick up and deliver packages on assigned routes. Load, organize, and secure packages in your personal vehicle. Follow GPS navigation and complete deliveries within scheduled timeframes. Maintain accurate delivery records using a smartphone application. Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Handle packages with care to prevent damage. Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards. Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly. Maintain a professional appearance while representing On-Time Strategies LLC. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age (or company minimum requirement). Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package deliveries. Current vehicle insurance and vehicle registration. Smartphone with reliable data service. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery experience (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, Spark, Instacart, courier services, etc.) is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning.
