We are looking for owners of vehicles with driving gigs such as Amazon Flex, UPS Subcontracting or Fedex. Will also consider Spark Walmart and Doordash Drivers. We DO NOT provide vehicles for this position. Packages are picked up in Akron for deliveries in Canton and Alliance. Details listed below.

Duties:

• Will be responsible for personal vehicle maintenance and reliability. This vehicle will be used for your deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered
• -Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Will be required to deliver by taking pictures of packages at drop locations.
• Must be able to meet and maintain all quality requirements of deliveries (delivery speed, completion rate and photo proof of deliveries using smartphone.

)

Skills:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• General Labor to complete deliveries. (Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must remain courteous and professional at all times.
• Must be able to move at a brisk pace.

Pay:

Can expect to make between $200.00 and $250.00. Will work with drivers to achieve their weekly income goals. Bigger vehicles will take priority. Primarily looking for Larger SUVs, Minivans and Cargo Vans.

Availability:

Shifts are start as early as 9 AM. All loads must be on road by 11:30 AM. Holiday shifts are typically 7 to 10 hours. Must be available to work weekends for consideration. North Canton Plain Township Canton Alliance (Alliance City, Marlboro, Sebring)

Qualifications:

• Must have their own vehicle for consideration.
• Must be the 21 years or older for consideration.
• Must have a smartphone for delivery app.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate coverage for auto insurance
• Must be able to pass A. Background check (7 Years to date) B. Motor Vehicle Report (Minimal Moving Violations)
