Job Description
Overview AFL Logistics is seeking dependable Independent Delivery Drivers to support expanding last-mile parcel delivery operations. Drivers will use their own reliable personal vehicle and smartphone to complete assigned delivery routes safely, accurately, and efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing professional customer service. Duties Safely operate your personal vehicle to complete assigned parcel-delivery routes Pick up, organize, and deliver packages efficiently Use a mobile delivery app for navigation, scanning, delivery instructions, and proof of delivery Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries within expected service windows Maintain professional communication with customers Report delivery issues, exceptions, and unsuccessful delivery attempts promptly Maintain accurate delivery records Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and AFL Logistics delivery requirements Maintain your vehicle in safe and reliable operating condition Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Current vehicle registration Valid auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data service Acceptable driving record Ability to pass required background and driving checks Ability to safely lift and carry typical parcel-delivery packages Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable using mobile technology for navigation and delivery documentation Previous courier, parcel delivery, gig-delivery, or logistics experience is preferred but not required Compensation & Incentives Per-stop compensation Attendance and reliability incentives Performance-based incentives Driver referral incentives Additional earning opportunities as route volume grows
