Job Description
Aikya Logistics , an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, is hiring dependable drivers for local residential delivery routes in the Mansfield and Ontario, Ohio areas . This is a flexible, part-time delivery opportunity similar to Amazon Flex. Drivers use their own vehicles, receive a local assigned route, and are paid weekly. Pay and Route Details $2.00 per completed stop Fuel allowance per completed route Approximately 70-80 residential stops per route Typical route earnings of approximately $150-$180 Approximately 40 route miles Routes may be completed in approximately 4-5 hours Weekly pay Actual stop count, mileage, earnings, and completion time may vary depending on package volume, traffic, weather, and delivery conditions. What You Will Deliver Small residential packages generally weighing less than 5 lbs. Packages assigned within the Mansfield or Ontario delivery areas No commercial pickups or heavy bulk deliveries are expected for these routes Responsibilities Pick up and organize assigned packages Deliver packages safely and accurately to residential customers Use the provided scanner and navigation system Complete delivery scans at the correct customer location Handle all packages carefully Follow delivery instructions and safe-driving procedures Maintain professional communication with management Report any delivery, vehicle, or customer concerns promptly Driver Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Ability to pass required background and motor vehicle record checks Reliable attendance Comfortable working independently Able to safely lift, carry, and deliver packages Smartphone with GPS capability Vehicle Requirements Reliable personal vehicle that is 15 years old or newer Current vehicle registration and insurance Clean and professional exterior appearance No offensive, inappropriate, or excessive bumper stickers or decals Enough interior cargo space to safely organize and transport packages SUV, crossover, minivan, hatchback, or similar vehicle preferred Vehicle must be maintained in safe operating condition
