Nathan's Automotive Detailing is one of Cleveland's premier detailing companies, and we're hiring an Auto Detail Floater to work at our dealership accounts in Mayfield Heights and Willoughby. You'll be on site at the dealership, turning trade-ins and new arrivals into the car somebody drives home grinning in. This is a floating position. You won't be parked at one store all week. You'll move between our Mayfield Heights and Willoughby accounts depending on where the work is that day, and you'll know your location the day before. It's the fastest way to learn this business, and it's why our floaters tend to be the first people we promote. Our tagline is "This Smile's For You." We mean it about customers. What you'll actually do

• Wash, clean, refurbish, and detail vehicles at our dealership accounts
• Get cars front-line ready and delivery-ready — the kind of clean that makes a customer take a picture before they pull out of the lot
• Move between our Mayfield Heights and Willoughby locations as the schedule calls for it
• Work alongside a crew that actually talks to each other What we'll do for you
• We train. Seriously — zero experience required. Our training program hands you every tool you need to be good at this, and then keeps teaching you.
• We promote from within. Detailer → lead → dealership manager → district manager. That path isn't a poster on the wall; people here have walked it.

• Willingness to work at more than one location. This role floats between Mayfield Heights and Willoughby — if you're only able to work at a single store, please let us know?
• A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle — no exceptions on this one
• Availability Monday through Friday and every Saturday until 6pm, you will work 5 days a week and always have Sunday off and one other day during the week
• Good communication skills (you'll be talking to dealership staff, not hiding in a bay)
