Use Your Own Vehicle | Smaller Routes | Multiple Openings 440 Transportation is hiring AVP Delivery Drivers to deliver FedEx packages using their own personal vehicles. This is a great option for someone who wants a smaller delivery route without the longer days and heavier package volume that come with a traditional FedEx delivery truck route.

Approximately 60-80 stops per day

$1.30 per completed stop + $25 daily vehicle allowance

In person / On the road How Pay Works Your daily route pay is based on the number of completed delivery stops, plus a separate $25 vehicle allowance each day you use your personal vehicle for the route.

For example:

60 completed stops = $103.00/day 65 completed stops = $109.50/day 70 completed stops = $116.00/day 75 completed stops = $122.50/day 80 completed stops = $129.00/day The vehicle allowance is intended to help offset costs associated with using your personal vehicle for deliveries. What You'll Do Pick up and organize your assigned FedEx packages in your personal vehicle Complete approximately 60-80 delivery stops per day Prioritize time-commit deliveries at the beginning of your route Complete 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM time-commit packages before their required delivery times Continue through the remainder of your route once time commitments are completed Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses Follow assigned routes and FedEx delivery procedures Maintain accurate package scans and delivery records Communicate with management when assistance is needed Time commitments are an important part of this position. Drivers must be able to organize their route effectively and ensure packages with 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM commitments are delivered before their respective deadlines. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy working independently and can manage their own route efficiently. You should be comfortable driving throughout the day, getting in and out of your vehicle frequently, organizing packages, and managing your route around required delivery times. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle suitable for completing deliveries Must pass required background screening Must pass required drug screening Must meet applicable driver qualification requirements Reliable attendance and communication Ability to safely handle delivery packages Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the route Ability to prioritize and meet required delivery time commitments AVP vs. Traditional FedEx Delivery Driver AVP drivers use their own personal vehicle and typically handle a smaller route of approximately 60-80 stops per day . Traditional delivery drivers operate company delivery trucks, generally work longer days, and handle significantly heavier packages.
