RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting Client's with a smile and directing them to the correct team member Answering Phone calls and directing to the correct team member Preparing and obtaining documents for clients to take delivery Inspect vehicle's for cleanliness before client arrives. Completing / assisting the sales team with Customer Relationship tasks that need to be completed to stay in contact with clients Assist with reviewing and reporting to Sales Manager. Fill Vehicle Deliveries with fuel and coordinate the vehicle being cleaned properly Drive vehicle's as needed for Dealer Trades, Vehicle Acquisitions, or Vehicle Deliveries Educate, review, and demonstrate with Clients at time of purchase the features their new vehicle is equipped with to them has. Complete follow up calls for clients within 24 hours of delivery. Assist with all opportunities to provide an exceptional experience for clients
