DELIVERY DRIVER - PAY PER PACKAGE

We are looking for reliable, motivated delivery drivers who are ready to work and make money. This is a pay-per-package position, so your earning potential depends on how many packages you successfully complete.

PAY RATE

Regular Package:

$1.75 each

Double/Same-Address Package:

$0.50 each

EARNING EXAMPLES 100

regular packages = $175.00110 regular packages = $192.50150 regular packages = $262.50200 regular packages = $350.00250 regular packages = $437.50 These examples assume all regular packages. Actual pay varies depending on doubles, completed deliveries, returns, and daily package volume.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick up and organize your assigned packages Scan packages using the delivery app Follow your assigned route and GPS Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses Take clear proof-of-delivery photos Follow all delivery instructions Verify the correct address before completing each delivery Keep track of your assigned package range Return any undeliverable packages as required Complete an End of Day report

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Smartphone with active data/service Comfortable using GPS and delivery apps Able to safely lift and carry packages Reliable and punctual Good attention to detail Able to work independently Delivery experience is a plus, but not required

HIGH PACKAGE VOLUME AVAILABLE

You can start with a smaller route while you learn the system and increase your package count as you become more comfortable. If you already have experience running Amazon/FedEx-style routes, courier routes, Roadie, Spark, DoorDash, Instacart, or similar delivery work, we would love to hear from you. Interested?
