Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering auto parts safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high top cargo van, ability to use customers apps correctly, and time management skills. The route will have an average of 5 stops per day, and deliver in areas such as Mt Juliet, Nashville, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin. Responsibilities Safely operate personal high top cargo van to deliver auto parts to customers collision shops. Load and unload cargo, inspecting for any damage, ensuring that items are secured properly during transit so parts do not get damaged in any way. Utilize customers app properly, to load scan, deliver scan, take pictures, collect signatures, and add returns as needed. Get paper copy of invoice signed as well at each delivery. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with customers. Each morning give any returns and paperwork to transport driver, and load your parts onto your van safely and securely. Qualifications High top cargo van, valid driver's license, and required insurance. Must have at least 1 year delivery driver experience. Familiarity with auto parts a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to lift heavy items as needed. (We do have men and women of all ages who contract with us) Must be available at least one day per week, between 8a-5pm Monday-Friday, to be considered for this position.
