We are looking for reliable drivers who take pride in completing their routes, communicating with dispatch, and providing professional delivery service. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Responsibilities Pick up assigned packages from the designated warehouse Sort and organize packages before beginning your route Safely load packages into your vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses Use your smartphone for GPS navigation and proof of delivery Take required delivery photos and properly document deliveries Communicate with dispatch and team leads throughout your route Immediately report missing, damaged, or undeliverable packages Handle all packages safely and carefully Complete your entire assigned route Return undelivered packages according to company procedures Requirements Must have your own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data and GPS Ability to safely lift and carry packages Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable working independently Must follow all delivery and proof-of-delivery procedures No delivery experience required. Previous courier, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, Spark, Roadie, Veho, or similar delivery experience is a plus. Professional Dress & Appearance Drivers are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Big Dawg Express Courier & Logistics. Professional and appropriate clothing suitable for delivery work Closed-toe shoes are required Safety vest must be worn while working Clothing must be clean and presentable No pajamas, slippers, house shoes, or inappropriate clothing Professional behavior is expected when interacting with customers, warehouse personnel, dispatch, and management Pay & Incentives Compensation is based on the assigned route/package structure .
