This is a local, consistent delivery opportunity with steady work available throughout the Dallas market. Drivers will be assigned to a Walmart store near their preferred area whenever possible. ..and additional Walmart locations throughout the Dallas market. Applicants may select their preferred store during onboarding. Position Overview Drivers report directly to their assigned Walmart store to pick up packages and begin their delivery route. No warehouse work Pick up and go Local delivery routes only Mostly soft parcels and small boxes Packages are generally under 35 pounds Routes typically average 80+ packages Approximately 80 delivery stops per day (Holiday volume) Average workday is 8-10 hours Consistent work available throughout the Holiday Event Program Pay $250 per completed route Paid weekly or bi-weekly options Transition to weekly pay after the initial period Payday issued before 5:00 PM Driver Requirements Cargo Van ONLY (Required) Valid Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance Smartphone with data service Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds No CDL Required Delivery experience is helpful but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and communicate effectively Meet-Up Location Drivers report directly to their assigned Walmart store.
