Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Independent Delivery Driver utilizing your personal vehicle to efficiently deliver packages within the Austin, TX area. This role involves preparing and delivering a minimum of 150 packages daily, with compensation based on the number of packages delivered. Receive $1.60 per package + $.30 for duplicate packages. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare duplicate packages as needed to meet daily delivery targets, ensuring a minimum of 150 packages per day. Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages to various locations within assigned routes. Handle packages carefully, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining package integrity. Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines during deliveries. Maintain clear communication with dispatch or support teams regarding delivery status or any issues encountered. Manage daily delivery schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines. Ensure proper documentation and confirmation of deliveries as required. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle in good condition. Ability to prepare and handle at least 150 packages daily, including duplicate packages when necessary. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to meet daily delivery goals. Good communication skills for coordinating with support teams and customers. Prior delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
