Line Service Technician AlAir Jet Center — Anniston Regional Airport (KANB) Anniston, Alabama • Full-Time, Hourly About AlAir Jet Center AlAir Jet Center is a full-service fixed base operator (FBO) at Anniston Regional Airport (KANB). We provide fueling, ramp handling, hangar, and concierge services to business, general aviation, military, and freight operators. The Role As a Line Service Technician, you're the face of AlAir on the ramp. You'll fuel and marshal aircraft, move and park them safely, and take care of the crews and passengers who fly into KANB. This is hands-on, outdoor work for someone who's dependable, safety-minded, and steady under a little pressure. No aviation experience? We'll train the right person. A strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a willingness to learn matter more to us than a résumé. What You'll Do Fuel aircraft safely and accurately using fuel trucks and ground equipment Marshal, tow, and position aircraft on the ramp and in the hangars Chock, tie down, and connect ground power to parked aircraft Perform fuel quality control checks and daily equipment inspections Service aircraft as requested Greet and assist flight crews and passengers, handle baggage, and coordinate the courtesy car Keep the ramp, fuel farm, and facilities clean, organized, and FOD-free Operate and help maintain ground support equipment (tugs, GPUs, fuel trucks) Follow all safety procedures, our Safety Management System (SMS), and fueling standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (you'll be operating fuel trucks and GSE) Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen — we are a drug-free workplace Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend, climb, and reach Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and professional — you show up and take ownership Solid communication skills and a customer-first attitude Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior line service, FBO, aviation, or ramp experience NATA Safety 1st Professional Line Service Training (PLST) Forklift or ground support equipment experience An interest in aviation — pilots-in-training, A&P students, and aviation enthusiasts are encouraged to apply AlAir Jet Center is an equal opportunity employer.
