• Cashier, Customer Service, and Sales Associate!

In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face at the pump and inside the store, providing exceptional service to every customer. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciated. You'll handle transactions efficiently, assist with product demonstrations, and promote sales through upselling—all while maintaining a clean and organized station. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop retail and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and debit transactions Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct product demos and promote store offerings to enhance sales opportunities Assist customers with fueling their vehicles quickly and safely while maintaining safety protocols Support in working with Vendors and ordering. Must be able to work Morning Shift

• 6am•2pm Stock shelves, merchandise products attractively, and ensure the store is clean and organized Upsell relevant products such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to maximize sales Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Must adhere to Arco Brand standards (with Uniform, cleaning, upselling, etc).

Manage cash handling procedures accurately and balance registers at shift end Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills essential for success Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and courteously Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team Experience in grocery stores or convenience retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory
