Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy gas station, convenience store (C-Store), and car wash facility. In this energetic role, you will lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and uphold safety regulations across all areas. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities across the gas station, C-Store, and car wash, ensuring all operations meet company standards for quality and safety Lead, motivate, and manage staff members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation Oversee cleaning routines including industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, janitorial services, and sanitation management to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Enforce safety regulations and procedures to protect staff, customers, and the facility, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks related to management of cleaning & sanitation, hospitality services, and general maintenance Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and other operational needs; place orders as necessary Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly with effective communication skills while maintaining a professional demeanor Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with health standards, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations Support team supervision in managing laundry services (if applicable) or other hospitality-related functions within the facility Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, safety checks, and sanitation logs Experience Two years of supervisory experience 35+ employees Valid drivers license Clean background Cash handling Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles involving staff supervision and customer service Familiarity with safety regulations relevant to retail or industrial facilities; ability to enforce compliance effectively Mechanically inclined and automotive detailing experience helpful Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us as a Site Supervisor where your leadership fuels operational success!
