We provide members with access to an extraordinary collection of performance and exotic vehicles, curated automotive events and experiences, Managed Car Services, and an exclusive 18,000+ square-foot event venue. Our Managed Car Services help members enjoy their vehicles without having to personally coordinate maintenance, detailing, transportation, storage, and other ownership responsibilities. We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined automotive professional to help care for our vehicle collection and deliver Managed Car Services to our members. Position Overview The Automotive Operations & Managed Car Services Specialist supports the daily care, movement, maintenance, and presentation of Club Sportiva and member-owned vehicles. This is a hands-on automotive position—not a desk-only service-advisor role. A typical day may include inspecting a vehicle, diagnosing a basic problem, performing minor maintenance, transporting a vehicle to a service provider, detailing it, and delivering it back to a member. The right candidate does not need to be a master technician, but must have practical mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around exotic, luxury, classic, and performance vehicles. This person must also be professional and comfortable interacting with members, explaining basic vehicle needs, and recommending Club Sportiva services when appropriate. Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Maintenance and Readiness Inspect Club Sportiva and member-owned vehicles and document their condition Perform vehicle-readiness inspections before rentals, events, member use, or delivery Check fluids, tires, batteries, warning lights, fuel levels, and other routine vehicle items Perform basic maintenance and minor mechanical repairs within your experience and abilities Use basic diagnostic equipment to identify common vehicle issues Recognize when a vehicle requires evaluation by a dealership or specialized repair facility Assist with battery replacement and charging, tire changes, fluid services, and installation of minor components Track maintenance needs, service appointments, and vehicle status Keep vehicles fueled or charged, clean, organized, and ready for use Managed Car Services Assist with services for members' personally owned vehicles Help members coordinate maintenance, detailing, transportation, storage, and vehicle preparation Listen to member needs and recommend relevant Club Sportiva services Prepare basic service documentation, vehicle-condition reports, and status updates Communicate professionally with members regarding vehicle pickups, deliveries, and service progress Follow each assigned service request through completion Identify additional maintenance, detailing, or transportation needs and bring them to the attention of the department lead Help deliver a convenient, trustworthy, and high-quality ownership experience Vehicle Transportation and Logistics Safely pick up and deliver vehicles for members and Club Sportiva Transport vehicles between the club, member residences, dealerships, repair facilities, detailers, storage locations, and events Assist with loading, securing, transporting, and unloading vehicles using a truck and trailer Follow proper procedures when handling low-clearance, high-value, manual-transmission, and performance vehicles Maintain accurate vehicle condition, mileage, key, and transportation records Inspect and maintain trailers, tie-downs, tools, and transportation equipment Coordinate vehicle movements with team members, members, and outside vendors Detailing and Vehicle Presentation Wash, clean, detail, and prepare vehicles to luxury presentation standards Perform interior cleaning, exterior detailing, wheel cleaning, glass cleaning, and basic paint care Inspect vehicles after detailing and correct presentation issues Help maintain detailing equipment, products, supplies, and work areas Stage vehicles for member use, photography, events, and showroom display Ensure vehicles are returned to members clean, organized, and professionally presented Member and Facility Support Provide friendly, responsive, and professional service to members and guests Treat member vehicles and personal property with discretion and care Maintain clean and organized automotive work, detailing, and vehicle-storage areas Support member drives, automotive experiences, partner activations, and special events Assist with vehicle displays, event setup, operations, and breakdown as needed Help maintain Club Sportiva's overall facility and presentation standards Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate promptly when problems arise Required Qualifications Genuine interest in cars and automotive culture Practical mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools Some professional, educational, or personal experience maintaining, repairing, detailing, or transporting vehicles Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and minor maintenance Ability to recognize mechanical concerns and ask for assistance when a repair is beyond your capabilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including performance vehicles Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle, or willingness to become proficient Comfortable driving a truck and towing a vehicle trailer, or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and respect for high-value vehicles Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, resourceful, and comfortable performing physical work Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities Basic proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive Ability to safely lift and move automotive equipment, supplies, wheels, and related materials Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for member needs and events Preferred Qualifications Experience in an automotive repair shop, dealership, detailing business, rental fleet, transport company, or similar environment Entry-level technician, lube technician, service porter, detailer, service-advisor, or automotive operations experience Automotive education, trade-school training, or relevant certifications Experience with luxury, exotic, classic, or performance vehicles Experience driving manual-transmission vehicles Experience towing or transporting vehicles on an open or enclosed trailer Professional detailing or paint-correction experience Familiarity with automotive scan tools and basic diagnostic procedures Customer-service, hospitality, or consultative sales experience What Success Looks Like The
