JOB IS ONLY FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR A MANAGERIAL POSITION, AND HAVE MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.
Excaliber Fuels is seeking a Manager for the Excaliber Fuels station in Westminster, CA to join the team! You will first be trained as a cashier and work as a cashier part time or full time (whatever is available). Then once you master the responsibilities of a cashier you will be trained the responsibilities of Manager, to become Manager of the station working Monday- Friday mornings ~10 hour shifts and Saturday mornings ~3 hour shifts. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily functions of the gas station.
Responsibilities of manager:
Train and evaluate employees Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure the station is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept Maintain site image and promote offers to customers Create and adjust the weekly schedule, ensuring every shift is covered Operate the register and manage the vendors Develop positive and professional relationships with the vendors Analyze daily sales and expense information to take appropriate action to maximize sales Complete the daily paperwork reflecting the correct inventory count, including cigarette and lottery count Welcome every customer and implement good customer service Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner Resolve employee complaints in a timely manner Starting wage as cashier/ training wage: $17.50/hour Managerial wage: $18.50/hour Managerial overtime wage: $27.75/ hour Managers receive ~12.25 hours of overtime a week
Qualifications:
Previous experience in managing a gas station or other retail stores Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Ability to speak or understand Spanish preferred Strong leadership qualities
